On August 20-21 I will have the pleasure of teaching a number of workshops at the Center for Sex Positive Culture in Seattle. In this podcast I had the chance to sit down with the Executive Director for the FSPC, Sophia Sky. Aside from being an awesome conversationalist and all-around amazing person, she also heads some amazing endeavors with the Center including the Seattle Erotic Art Festival.

This was one of my favorite interviews. The last couple of years I’ve had the pleasure of supporting the endeavors of the men’s leather group of Ireland, GEARED. Through various trials and tribulations they have managed to become a very prominent organization in the international leather and kink communities. I got to sit down with their three titleholders, Conor – Mr. Geared Ireland 2015, Collie – Mr. Rubber Ireland 2015, and Kevin Murphy – Mr. Leather Ireland 2015, to discuss their efforts of strengthening the Irish leather/kink/gear community and becoming active in local charities and BDSM education. We also dive into Kevin’s upcoming participation in the International Mr. Leather contest in Chicago. I hope you enjoy the conversation as much as we did!
Author Pablo Greene’s series of novels How to Kill a Superhero have pushed the envelope recently in what a BDSM and kink novel can be. The books follow the journey of Roland, a man who struggles to balance his emerging superpowers against his deepest urges, which include D/S, bondage, pain play, and superhero fetish. World Without Daylight, which released in June, is the second volume in the series of four books
In this interview we dive into the interesting world of superhero fetish and it’s offshoots such as cosplay and transformation fetish, and Pablo shares how the books came to fruition.
Pablo is currently at work on book three in the How to Kill a Superhero series. He lives in New York City. You can buy the books in paperback or e-book edition at Amazon or visit How to Kill a Superhero.
